Vanessas Team kommt aus dem Catering- und Restaurantbereich. In der Schustehrusstraße 5 wurde ein neues Konzept mit lokaler und internationaler Küche gestartet. — Alle drei Monate kommen passend zur „Saison“ neue Rezepte heraus: Frühling, Sommer, Herbst und Winter.
Für den Kiez am Richard-Wagner-Platz hat das Team zum Start ein originäres kulinarisches Konzept entwickelt, das die Nachbarschaft beleben wird: Lokale und Internationale Küche für vier Jahreszeiten.
Gestartet wird mitten im Winter, mit einem würzigen und wärmenden Angebot:
- Charlottenburger Erbsensuppe mit Speck und Würstchen
- Alt-Lietzower Kartoffelsuppe mit 2 Würstchen
- Carribean Chili con Carne.
Auch mit einem frischen, veganen und internationalen Frühstücks-Angebot, mit Smoothies und warmen Getränken und Kaffee, kann hier der Tag oder die Pause zwischendurch begonnen werden!
Mittags gibt es „Schustehrus-Schnitzel!“
Das „Schustehrus-Schnitzel mit Pilzsauce und Pommes“ ist eine Reminiszenz an Kurt-Schustehrus, den ersten Oberbürgermeister von Charlottenburg (1900-1913).
Mittags gibt es reichhaltige Salat-Bowls und Lunchmenüs in vielen Variationen.
Vanessas Kitchen bietet dazu ein großes, abwechslungsreiches Angebot an Lunch- und Liefergerichten auf Bestellplattformen — und erfüllt bei Vorbestellung auch besondere Wünsche für Feste und Firmenfeiern.

At lunchtime there is „Schustehrus schnitzel!“
At lunchtime there are plenty of salad bowls and lunch menus in many variations.
The „Schustehrus schnitzel with mushroom sauce and chips“ is a reminiscence of Kurt Schustehrus, the first mayor of Charlottenburg (1900-1913).
Vanessa’s Kitchen offers a large, varied range of lunch and delivery dishes on ordering platforms – and also fulfils special requests for parties and company celebrations if ordered in advance.
